Rainy Days and Mondays

It’s been on and off raining since Sunday evening. These are tough days on me since low pressure is a big trigger for my fibromyalgia pain. It can make it hard to get motivated, stay on task, or generally want to do much of anything.

But, I have managed to stay busy. I hosted my first Tea with Tanya in a couple weeks, sitting outside in the sunshine and taste testing iced teas. I had a blast. It was my favourite Tea with Tanya so far!

I did some tea mixing to flesh out the stock in the store since some of the blends have been getting low. This week I will get those packaged up and on the shelves!

And, despite having to miss out on a family outting to the drive-in we made the best of it and popped popcorn at home and watched Empire Strikes Back all snuggled up on the couch.

I am hoping to get back to working on the tea tins project this week, but this largely depends on how my hand pain is doing. Thinking it is about time to go in to a orthopedist to get it looked at and maybe get a steroid shot.

And, all the while my brain is thinking up ideas. The ideas for blends grows, but I am also thinking about other offerings. Between this week and the next I will be adding bundles of 3 tins based on the D&D alignment system. It was a fun little idea and let’s people get a grouping of teas that fits their palette whether they are traditionalists or adventurers when it comes to their cuppa choices.

This journey continues to be an exciting quest!

Cheers,

Tanya
