This past Sunday, the Cuppa Fans and I had some fun with boozy teas. This started as a joke during the Q&A Tea with Tanya live stream, and ended with 6 tea-cocktails. If you missed the boozy tea live stream, you can catch it here.
As promised, here are the recipes! (I am still looking for clever names) All teas were made ahead of time at double strength (2 tbsp tea leaf and 6 oz appropriately heated water) and allowed to cool to room temperature.

If you have Tabletop Teas at home (this includes the teas at https://www.sew-geek.com/ ), I am challenging you to invent a tea cocktail! I am hoping to get enough recipes to do another video where I test taste YOUR concoctions! (Please, note that I am allergic to pineapple, mango, and melons). Leave your recipes in the comments here as well as any name suggestions for the above cocktails. Bon appetit!
Hoth spiked with Disaronno (almond flavor liquer) served over ice turned out tasty. It was 2oz Disa and probably 4oz cold Hoth poured over the first. I didn’t measure the Hoth, I just filled it to the top of the tumbler! Flavor was in the realm of subtle cream soda or butterscotch.
